Shipping & Returns

Orders placed by 1pm AEST (Sydney time) Monday to Friday are normally shipped overnight to all Australian destinations via Australia Post Express-Post Service.

For overseas destinations, customers can expect the following delivery times as indicated by Australia Post:

• New Zealand / USA / South Pacific           5-10 days
• Africa / Europe / UK / Ireland                 7-14 days

OzLash Supplies aim to ship products of the highest quality.  As we rely on Australia Post & other overseas Postal Services for deliveries, there are occasions where unexpected delays are beyond our control.  For tracking of deliveries visit www.AustPost.com.au/Track/  where you can enter your package tracking number. Please note in some cases we do not require a signature for delivery of orders. Once the order has been accepted by Australia Post, OzLash Supplies is no longer liable for the order.

Due to issues of hygiene, OzLash Supplies are unable to accept product returns if packaging has been opened. If you decide to return an unopened package, you can be credited with the purchase price, less any freight. We request you contact OzLash Supplies within Seven (7) Days of receipt of goods to arrange any returns.
