2. Domestic Shipping Delays
Australia Post is experiencing domestic delivery delays due to reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights along with a significant increase in parcel volumes and social distancing requirements within their network. For the fastest delivery of items at this time we suggest all orders be sent using Express Post service. In addition we also have the Signature-On-Delivery option available for all parcels. 3. International Shipping Delays
Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of global conditions. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible and clear backlog. 4. Online Order Pickup / Local Collection
We can arrange for online orders to be available for collection at our Newtown (NSW, 2042) location during business hours. As some items may be stored in our warehouse we normally have orders ready for collection within 1-2 hours. Please note that due to new social distancing requirements, our warehouse is no longer open to the general public.
5. Product Deliveries.
Please note we are unable to ship items without first receiving payment. OzLash Supplies aim to deliver products of the highest quality. As we are reliant on Australia Post and overseas Postal Providers for our product deliveries, there are occasionally unexpected delays that are beyond our control. For same-day dispatch of Express Overnight Shipping parcels, please ensure your online order is completed prior to 1.00pm AEST Monday to Friday. Order received after this time cannot be guaranteed to be shipped on the same day (although we will try). Express Post Parcels can normally be expected on the next business day to all major domestic cities.
Customers within the USA can track all parcels via USPS online. Please note that in most cases unless you have selected this shipping option, we do not require a signature for delivery of parcels. Once the order has been accepted by Australia Post OzLash Supplies is no longer liable for the order.
6. Change of Mind.
Please be aware that OzLash Supplies does not provide product refunds for a ‘Change of Mind’. A credit coupon / voucher code will normally issued that can be redeemed for future use with online purchases.
7. Defective Product and Returns.
If you (the Buyer) determine that products shipped to you are defective, please advise OzLash Supplies of this within seven (7) days of receipt by email or telephone. We will normally issue you a return authorisation number and instructions on where to return any defective product. Please note that all products should be returned in their original packaging. OzLash Supplies reserves the right to either replace defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of any defective product.
Due to issues of hygiene, OzLash Supplies cannot accept returns of product after packaging has been opened. If you decide to return an unopened package, you can be credited using Coupon Codes with the purchase price, less any freight charges. We request you contact OzLash Supplies within seven (7) days of receipt of goods to arrange a return.
8. Stock Availability and Back-order.
Please be aware that occasionally we may experience errors with online stock levels due to the manual processing of orders for customers outside of our website. This can result in a delay of updating online stock levels. In this instance a similar replacement product can be offered, back-order can be placed on the item(s) where available, alternatively a full refund can be issued. We normally contact customers within 12-24 hours if this issue has been identified with any orders.
9. Care of Product.
You, as the Buyer, acknowledge that
(a) Exposure of products sold by OzLash Supplies to temperature extremes may cause changes in the products and that such changes may make the products unsuitable for use; and
(b) Use of products sold by OzLash Supplies must be used with great care by a trained technician to prevent an accidental injury, especially when performing work near an individual’s eye.|

11. Limitation of Liability.
To the full extent permitted by law, in no event will OzLash Supplies or its directors, officers, owners, employees, independent contractors, suppliers and licensors (OzLash Supplies, et al) be liable for any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, suits, attachments, judgments, losses, penalties, fines, settlements, expenses, including court costs and reasonable lawyer’s fees incident thereto; indirect, special, incidental, economic, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of the use or misuse of products sold by OzLash Supplies. Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless OzLash Supplies, et al for all such claims and actions in each case notwithstanding the actual or alleged negligence (whether active or passive, sole or concurrent, simple or gross), strict or statutory, provided that the OzLash Supplies liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product to the full extent permitted by law.
